Prayer Meeting and Bible Study
Approximately the first thirty minutes are spent in prayer for a wide variety of needs, seeking God’s help and blessing. The remainder of the time is devoted to the study of a specific passage from the Bible. The passage is read and there follows a verse by verse consideration of its teaching. We are currently studying the Epistle to the Philippians.
“All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works”. 2 Timothy 3.16 & 17
